Sunday Sangha

The Red Rose Sangha meets every Sunday night at 7:00 pm in the Emerson Room at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Lancaster, 538 West Chestnut Street, Lancaster, PA 17603. Our weekly service consists of 25 minutes of zazen, walking meditation (kinhin), a talk or reading, followed by another 25 minutes of zazen. Beginning instruction is offered to first time attendees.
